Step into the luxurious Chennai apartment of a well-known wedding planner and successful entrepreneur, who desired a calming and functional retreat from her busy life. As lovers of travel and life on her own terms, she tasked us with creating a holiday home that transported her to Spain. With complete creative freedom, we seamlessly blended form and function to deliver a stunning 2200 sqft apartment that embodies the Spanish spirit.
Involved right from when the apartment was still a bare shell, we had the freedom to modify the apartment's layout to cater to the design. As time passed, we found more reasons to fall in love with the space. With the Chennai sun ingeniously channelled into the home, the space is well lit from dawn to dusk. With a minimal material palette, this abode came to life just as we imagined. And the fact that it is surrounded by tropical trees, it is easy to slow down from the ever hustling life.
Located in the middle of Chennai’s IT corridor, this Bali inspired compact three-bedroom home is doused with warmth, subdued colours with simple yet strong textures.The interiors feature a modest colour palette that revolves around warm and neutral tones. This home is a breath of fresh air, fusing traditional elements in a modern yet minimalistic set-up.
